FINE EROSION CONTROL MULCH

DEP approved and LEA prefered, this product is 100% Organic. If you need to use something on/near a waterfront for a buffer, this is the product for you. No dyes are added and some people prefer to use it as an all-purpose mulch. Also used for erosion control berms in lieu of silt fence.

While most of our products come from our land and operations, .we've partnered with Benson Farms to bring you their Maine-made, certified lobster compost - or, as they say, 'good clean dirt'. Their organic compost adds missing nutrients to your produce and flower beds and is free from biosolids, municipal waste, post-consumer food waste, and yard/leaf/lawn waste.
For nearly 100 years Benson Farm has been in the agriculture business - safe to sayt they know a thing or two about soil! If you would like to know more about the process in the creation of their "Surf n Turf" compost you can visit their website by clicking the button below.

Every job can be figured with the right information. All you have to do is measure the length, width and depth of the area. Click the button above and it will take you to a calculator for yardage. Plug your measurements into this calculator to find out the yardage you will need. Remember it is always better to have a little extra then need more!
WANT IT DELIVERED?
If you're interested in getting material delivered, simply enter your information, your desired product, yardage amount, and your physical delivery address. All emails will be responded to within 24-hours of receipt.
*Small load delivery fees (1-3 yards) cost the material as if it were picked up at the scale house, plus $75 for delivery within 10 miles,
or $85 for deliveries over 10 Miles.

Attention Delivery Customers:
We require that someone be present for deliveries to direct the driver to the desired dump site.
Delivery beyond the curb is at the buyer's own risk. Any property damage beyond the curb is not the fault of P&K.
In order to get a Delivery You will be required to sign a "Delivery Liability Waiver", which the Driver will produce.

INTRODUCING: THE WALZ LOAD SCANNER
If you have been to the Heath Quarry recently then you will have noticed this new device near the office. Scaling truck weight in and out is a thing of the past with this new age load scanning technology.
Using eye-safe lasers, this technology will scan the dump body of your truck upon entering and exiting the pit. The lasers are able to volumetrically measure how much material you were loaded with 99% accuracy, ensuring that customers are charged exactly what you get - no more, or less.
